ST. LOUIS, Mo. -

The Kansas' Jayhawks colors are crimson and blue, but fans are feeling especially blue after a disappointing loss to Stanford Sunday.

KU fell short by three points, falling 57-60 to the Cardinal. Fans who watched the game in St. Louis said they were disappointed about missed opportunities.

Several held on to hope that Conner Frankamp's final shot would fall in, as he hit at key times earlier in the game. But he was off-balance, and didn't get a clean shot off.

One fan called this Kansas basketball season a "failure," but others say there are looking forward to next season.

Still, the future is unknown for Andrew Wiggins, Joel Emiid and Wayne Selden, who are waiting on pro decisions.
