Field of vandals…
A 58/f reports vandalism to the baseball fields in the 12300 block of E. 21st N. Someone spray painted the concrete, left trash and broke some items at those baseball fields. She says the same thing happened a week before, but it wasn’t reported.

This isn’t the first time this has happened this week…
A 22/f says she was asked to work as a nanny by someone who was apparently moving to town. She needed to buy a wheelchair for the child and the mother would send her money. She received a check in the mail, but found out that the check was bad. She isn’t out any money.

Must’ve been pretty cross…

A 19/f reports someone becoming very irate at a business in the 3700 block of N. Maize Road. She says the woman was screaming at her and other customers and saying she wanted to kill “millions of people”. She said the woman told her ‘people were going to remember her’ and that the ‘people of Wichita will be very sorry.’ After she left the business, she got into a late 90s model red Dodge Stratus and almost ran over a child in the parking lot. No word on why the woman became upset in the first place.
A 27/f says she was contacted by someone online about renting a home in the 5300 block of S. Southwind. She sent a half-month’s rent and said she would send the rest when she received the keys. She never received the keys and was not able to contact the person again. She was contacted by the real owner and learned that she was scammed, and the house was already rented out.
A 25/f says someone yelled at her and threw a soda on her and someone else in the 2800 block of S. Richmond. The person left the scene before police got there. She wants to press charges.
It’s in my car…
