Whooping Cough case reported at Kingman High School

A Kingman County Health Department spokeswoman confirmed one Whooping Cough case in the county. The case was reported at Kingman High School. 

On Friday afternoon, Kingman High School received confirmation of a student diagnosed with pertussis or 'Whooping Cough." School personnel contacted parents of students that were most at risk of contracting Whooping Cough.

Customers tied up, held at gunpoint in robbery at Wichita AT&T store

A trip to the phone store turned traumatic Sunday evening. There were six people inside the AT&T store on west Kellogg when two gunmen entered the store. Wichita police say the gunmen tied the people up, including an 11-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.
