Train and vehicle collide in Montgomery County

Multiple vehicles have been involved in a train accident in southeast Kansas.

Kansas Highway Patrol dispatchers confirmed the accident happened on Hwy 400, five miles north of Cherryvale in Montgomery County.

Both lanes of traffic are closed. Troopers are still on the scene. No word of any serious injuries.
