Emily's Raw Apple Cookies
Grind 1 cup almonds in a food processor until it looks almost like flour and put in bowl.
Slice 2 apples and put 1 1/2 in the food processor until shredded, dice the remaining 1/2 apple
combine almond flour with 1/8 cup cinnamon.
Add the apples to the mixture, plus 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup agave or honey mix it all together then place on teflex sheet in dehydrator at 119 degrees for 2 - 4 hours.
Turn them over (without the teflext sheet) for the remaining 8 - 10 hours.
