4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)
Sugar free syrup
Optional Additions
Oatmeal
Mashed banana
Mashed sweet potato
Blueberries
Nutmeg
Mix ingredients in small bowl. Pour into omelette pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook similar to omelette or scramble.
