Old Fashioned Granola

4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
3 cups dried fruit mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, coconut, pecans, walnuts and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Add the oil and honey. Stir to coat the mixture.
Spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool completely and stir in dried fruit. Serve with plain yogurt.
