An ammonia leak forces an evacuation at Tony's Pizza Plant in Salina.
Hannah Furbeck with the Saline County Emergency Management says hazardous materials crews were called out to the food manufacturer early Tuesday afternoon.
Crews isolated the source of the leak and began airing out the building. Tony's uses ammonia for refrigeration at the plant. Furbeck says no one was hurt by the leak, but employees were cleared out as a precaution.
She doesn't expect to know what caused the leak until later Tuesday afternoon.
