Two words describe Koch Arena, loud and proud. Wichita State student Paige Baker says, "We support our team so much and we are so loud. It's got to be overwhelming to not be from here and to be in this arena."

Student Reid Warfield says, "I'm trying to reach the Wichita State players and I'm trying to get into the head of the other team." As is every fan in the house. That's why ESPN calls Koch Arena the 7th toughest place to play in the country. Student Ryan Arnold says, "I love this team and so does everybody else. That's why you can hear them all right now. Because we have the best team in the nation right here. They will make the tournament and they will win."

All three students landed front row seats. Spots they camped out all night for. Baker says, "Basketball is what we have here. Obviously we don't have football so we kind of come together around the sport and it just so happens we have a great team."

A team many fans grew up watching and live to cheer for. Warfield says, "You just got to come out and do it. Your team will play better if you come out and more people want to come here as recruits. They come for the atmosphere."

The Kansas Jayhawks made the top of the list. ESPN says Allen Fieldhouse is the hardest place to play in college basketball, but many Shocker fans disagree.
