(FREDONIA, Kan.)—
A weekend collision in Wilson County kills a man from Salina.The Kansas Highway Patrol says 32-year-old Zachary Eytcheson was driving on U.S. 400 near 1400 Road around 9:20 Sunday night. Investigators say Eytcheson crossed the center line and sideswiped a semi.
Eytcheson was taken to a hospital in Fredonia where he died. Eytcheson was from Salina. Investigators say he was not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the semi was not hurt.
