Lucas tornado sirens

Heavy rain, hail and wind left Russell and Lincoln counties with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage to schools, cars and homes. But Friday night, people in Lucas didn't hear the the tornado sirens. Lucas fire chief Kenny Kain says the area was under a tornado warning, but officials didn't think it was necessary to sound the outdoor warning device.
