Five Shockers earn all-conference awards

Five Wichita State baseball student-athletes have earned all-Missouri Valley Conference honors as announced by the league office on May 23.


The American Athletic Conference semifinals and championship will be televised on KWCH 12 March 10th & 11th.


Didi Gregorius, Brett Gardner and Chris Carter homered, and the New York Yankees once again downed Jason Vargas by beating the Kansas City Royals 4-2 Monday night.


Kansas State guard Kamau Stokes will return to Kansas State for his senior year.


Brandon Moss hit two of Kansas City's four home runs, and Perez and Jorge Bonifacio each hit two-run homers to lead the Royals to a 6-4 win in the opening game. Three home runs helped the Minnesota Twins beat the Kansas City Royals 8-4 in game two.
