Eating healthy during Memorial Day weekend

With 90-degree weather in the forecast, you're probably looking forward to some delicious meals this weekend. But will you incorporate healthy dishes into your picnic baskets or dinner tables? * Do not partially grill meat or poultry and finish cooking later.<br /> * Precook meat in the microwave immediately before placing it on the grill.
