Led by dominant efforts from Kendrian Elliott and Kirea Rogers, Wichita-South did something they haven't in a long time.

After a 46-37 win over East tuesday night, they grabbed a share of the City League title. The Lady Titans are in a battle with Kapaun for the crown.

If Kapaun loses Friday night to Heights, South will win the outright title. Kapaun won 64-44 over Northwest, Tuesday night.

Elliott and Rogers combined for 24 points for head coach Antwain Scales's team. Scales used the twin towers (Elliott is 6'2" and Rogers is 6'0") to pound the ball inside for the victory.

Not to be outshined, Madison Northcutt dropped in nine points against the Lady Aces who were paced by Relina Johnson with 11 points. She nailed two late three's that gave East a fighting chance in the final quarter.

Johnson was the only East player who scored in double figures.

East hosts Southeast on Friday.
