The 15th-ranked Wichita State Shockers (19-2, 8-1) look for their 19th consecutive home victory on Tuesday night as Indiana State (13-7, 6-3) visits Koch Arena.
Wichita State is coming off a 34-point victory over Bradley at home this past Saturday. Indiana State beat Northern Iowa in Terre Haute by three points on that same day.
The Shockers have won 8 of the last 9 meetings against the Sycamores and have won 8 home games in a row against Indiana State. The last time that Indiana State pullled off a win at Koch Arena was back in 2004.
Wichita State is currently on a 4-game winning streak with their last loss on the road at Evansville.
Cleanthony Early leads the way in scoring for the Shockers, averaging 15.2 points per game. Carl Hall, despite missing 4 weeks with an injured thumb, is right behind Early averaging 12.9 points per game. Hall also leads Wichita State in rebounding average with 7.9 rebounds per game.
Point guard Malcolm Armstead has been instrumental in the Shockers' victories this season, with one of his most complete games coming last Saturday against the Braves. Armstead scored 10 points against Bradley, dished out 8 assists, recorded 4 steals and pulled down 5 rebounds.
Game-time is set for 7:05 on Tuesday at Koch Arena.
