Hooper: There is no job to be had

On a gorgeous Sunday afternoon in Wichita, Kevin Hooper is in his office working on salary cap issues for the Wichita Wingnuts.  Earlier in the day he and general manager Josh Robertson worked out a couple of young outfielders who wanted to get a look.  He was also checking in on the Wichita State Shockers' score.
