The Kansas State Wildcats have moved up to 11th in the Bowl Championship Series standings for week 13. Kansas State (9-2) beat Texas 17-13 Saturday night in Austin.
The Wildcats are ranked 16th in the AP Top 25.
L.S.U., Alabama and Arkansas are ranked numbers 1, 2 and 3 respectively in both the BCS and the AP top 25. Oklahoma State is 4th in the BCS and 5th in the AP while Virginia Tech rounds out the top 5 in the BCS.
Overall there are 5 Big 12 teams in the BCS top 25. Oklahoma state is ranked the highest at 4th, followed by Oklahoma at 9, Kansas State at 11, Baylor at 18 and Texas at 25.
Kansas State has a bye this week and will host Iowa State on December 3rd to finish the regular season.
