Wichita State's Cleanthony Early was named a finalist for the Wooden Award, Saturday.
The winner will be announced on April 4th.
KU's Andrew Wiggins was also named one of the 15 finalists for the award.
Creighton's Doug McDermott is the front runner to win. The senior is approaching 3,000 points for his career with the Bluejays.
Other finalists include Duke's Jabari Parker, Syracuse's Tyler Ennis and Michigan's Nik Stauskas.
Fred VanVleet, a finalist for the Naismith Award, was left off the list.
Kansas freshman Joel Embiid was also left off.
