The Fort Hays State football team will play on television twice in 2014. The Tigers are coming off a 6-5 season, the schools best since 2009. The games will be shown on the MIAA network and this marks the third straight season the Fort Hays has two tv games.

FHSU will play Northeastern State in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in its first tv game September 13. That game will mark the first meeting between the Tigers and RiverHawks in football since Northeastern State joined the conference in 2012. The game is scheduled for a 2pm kickoff.

The Tigers will also play Pittsburg State. It’s the first meeting between Fort Hays and the Gorillas since 2011. That game is also scheduled for a 2pm kick off and will be played in Pittsburg on September 27.

FHSU has won the last four games it has played on the MIAA Network.
