Kansas State Ross Kivett became the first Wildcat to hit for the cycle since 1997 helping lead KSU to a 12-6 victory over Nebraska on Wednesday night.

Kivett led off the bottom of the first with a home run and got the triple out of the way in the second. The Cats’ centerfielder then doubled in the 5th and singled in the 6th to finish the cycle.

K-State got six runs in the second inning to break the game wide open. Every Wildcat starter reached base at least once. Kivett finished the night 4-5 with three RBI.
