A New York landmark was lit up with purple and orange Wednesday night.
The Pinstripe Bowl is taking over one of New York's most iconic landmarks.
The Empire State Building will split its tower lights to support both teams.
The north and south sides of the building are lit orange and white for Syracuse, and the west and east sides are purple and white for Kansas State.
It's all in anticipation of the Pinstripe Bowl, which is scheduled to kick off at 2:22 p.m. at Yankee Stadium.
