SALT LAKE CITY, UT -

Former Shocker basketball player Toure' Murry has signed a contract with the Utah Jazz.  That was first reported by Chris Herring of the Wall Street Journal.

Murry was a member of the Knicks organization in 2013-14 but was made an unrestricted free agent by the club this summer.  

Murry's contract with the Jazz is reportedly for two years but the salaray has not been officially reported.  Yahoo! Sports writer Adrian Wjonarowski is reporting that Murry will receive a $2 million dollar salary with $250 thousand guaranteed in the first year.

Toure' is one of three former Shockers currently on NBA rosters; Gal Mekel (Dallas) and Cleanthony Early (New York) are the other two.
