According to CBS affiliate KCTV 5 in Kansas City, MO, the Chiefs, along with Missouri lawmakers will make a push to host a future Super Bowl at Arrowhead Stadium.

The report states that Arrowhead was the likely destination  for the 2015 Super Bowl, but the Chiefs reneged on their bid because of a dispute involving stadium renovations. 

In 2010, Arrowhead Stadium underwent an estimated $350 million dollar overhaul to the facility. 

The report also states that on Monday, a Super Bowl task committee headed by at least one Missouri lawmakers is expected to meet, where they'll discuss the process of bringing the Big Game to the Show-Me-State.
