Wichita, Kan. -

Cleanthony Early walked out on to the Koch Arena floor just like you would expect Cle to walk on the floor. Taking a selfie on his final night as a Shocker in Koch Arena.

"It's bittersweet," Early said. "But you know it's a part of the process and I definitely understood that Wichita was a stepping stone and I'm glad I got to take advantage of it. Knowing what we did together."

The future is bright for the young star. He signed with an agent a couple of weeks ago and Early is expected to be picked up in the NBA draft. Where he will end up is anyone's guess.

"I don't know which teams but I know a couple of teams are interested," Early said. "A couple of teams have been through practice and talked to Coach Marshall and my agent. I just have to wait until the Chicago combine and stuff like that for those workouts. But I've just been staying in shape and doing what I need to do. I don't have a preference for the team that I want to go to. I mean, I guess the Knicks because they are in New York, you know, I'm from New York. Even Brooklyn maybe but I'm just going to be honored to go anywhere and be in that conversation."

One thing Cleanthony does know is Gregg Marshall. Probably better than anyone else and his thoughts on Marshall's future should give comfort to the Shocker faithful.

"I guess if he gets the option to do something else but I don't see him going anywhere," Early said. " But you know, you just never know and sometimes that has people worried but sometimes people just leave it in his hands and have faith that he will make a good decision."
