Our mild November weather will continue this weekend along with gusty southerly winds. The strong winds will push afternoon highs into the the mid to upper 60s across the state under a sunny to mostly sunny sky.
Look for increasing clouds late Saturday night and into Sunday. There will be a chance for rain or isolated storms from those clouds across eastern Kansas Sunday afternoon into early Monday morning as a weak weather-maker slides though southern sections of our region.
The 'bad' weather news? No Gulf of Mexico moisture flowing up into Kansas anytime soon so our long drought will continue.
The 'good' weather news? Travelers will see dry roads and a warming trend through Thanksgiving week with highs in the mid to upper-60s and low-70s.
