Storm Team 12: Winter weather advisory

A storm system plowing through the Central Plains from the southwestern US will spread a swath of snow over Kansas New Year's Eve day. Roads could become slick Monday afternoon and into the evening hours so those out and about to ring in the New Year - take care.
