A massive overhaul in the weather is taking place across Kansas as a cold front slips southeast. Showers have been in Wichita this morning along with a few storms located southeast of town, while light rain will change to light snow in the west. Highs will be significantly cooler today with readings only in the 30s and 40s!
Light snow accumulations of 1-2 inches are possible through western and northern Kansas. At this point, we are only expecting flurries in Wichita.
Colder weather continues into Wednesday with highs only reaching the 30s. 40s and even a few 50s will be back for the end of the work week.
