High clouds will filter out of Kansas later in the evening, leaving the state with clear to mostly clear skies. Expect lows to drop into 20s and 30s once again with relatively light winds.
We'll close out the work week with sunshine and a few high clouds. Watch as southerly winds become gusty around Dodge City and Goodland in the afternoon. This should be no surprise but highs will reach the 50s and 60s...just like they have pretty much all week long.
More wind and mild temperatures will prevail for the weekend. The next, albeit weak, weather system will increase the clouds late Sunday into Monday. If you are looking for rain chances, sadly there won't be much in the way of Gulf moisture for the system to tap into, thus the forecast looks dry.
A nice warming trend will be on the way leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday.
