Frank Mealha walks along Center Street in Easton to inspect the wiring in front of his house, which, as the sign he put by the road states, "Still No Power!" Mealha and his neighbor across the street have the only two homes on the street without power. A UI spokesman told him it's likely the transformer in front of his house that's faulty. Extensive tree damage made repair work slow as trees need to be cleared from roadways before utility crews could access areas to restore power, telephone and cable service to people in Easton and shoreline communities.
