NEW YORK (PIX11)—Hurricane Sandy took no prisoners when she smashed ashore Monday night, prompting floods, fires and vast devastation throughout the tri-state area.
Nearly 3 dozen deaths are now being blamed on the superstorm, adding on to Sandy's earlier toll of 67. Millions remain without power while communities start to pick up the pieces from the worst storm in the city's history.
