I was born and raised in Topeka, KS and always called this city home. I am a University of Kansas graduate with a bachelor's degree in News & Information. After graduating, I took advantage of the opportunity to stay in Topeka to begin my career as an MMJ.
I actually interned with the sports reporters at WIBW during my senior year of high school in 2018. While at KU, I decided to shift to doing sports play-by-play announcing for the student radio station. I announced countless football, men's basketball, and women's basketball games, including having the wonderful opportunity to travel for the NCAA Tournament in 2019. In my final semester at KU, I was hired by Kansas Athletics to be the radio voice of KU Baseball and call every game for the Jayhawks in the 2022 season.
During my senior year, I was a producer for KUJH, KU's student-run TV news broadcast. As fun as it was behind the scenes, I always enjoyed being on air and in front of the camera.
I have always been a Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks fan. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, playing video games, taking walks, and playing my guitar.
I am passionate about storytelling, and I look forward to meeting you and sharing your story!
