Rain on the Kansas State Fair’s second and final Friday didn’t thwart the enthusiasm for the displays, projects, animals, rides, games and competitions.
Friday is the Opening Day of the Kansas State Fair. The state’s largest community gathering runs for 10 days at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson.
