ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. (KWCH) Ark City police arrested two men and a teenager in connection with a burglary Saturday at the Paris Park Pool.

Officers responded around 11:18 a.m. for a report of a burglary at the pool located in the 600 W. Fifth Ave.

Police say the suspects caused damage to the concession stand’s window and stole items from inside the stand sometime during the overnight hours Saturday. The total value of loss was more than $800.

Investigators then received a tip Monday that three individuals might have been involved in the burglary.

Caleb Ryan Curtis, 18, and Dakota Alan Gaskill, 19, were arrested on suspicion of felony burglary of a non-dwelling, as well as one misdemeanor count each of criminal damage to property and theft. A 15-year-old male also was arrested in connection and later released to the custody of his parents.

“We truly appreciate the assistance of the community in this case,” said ACPD Capt. Eric Burr. “The entire community benefits when we can get viable information that leads to individuals being held accountable for their actions. If you see it or hear it, please report it!”

Curtis and Gaskill were transported to and booked into the Cowley County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
