Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has canceled a campaign rally in Kansas City, Mo. on Monday.

His campaign cites scheduling conflicts for the cancellation.

The rally would have taken place at Midland Theatre ahead of Missouri's primary on Tuesday.

Sanders will instead hold a get-out-the-vote event in St. Louis.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders will be in Kansas City, Mo. on March 9.

KCTV5 reports Sanders will visit one day ahead of the Missouri primary.

Sanders will speak at the Midland Theater at 1228 Main Street in KCMO at 1 p.m.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
