WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) Update: 4:00 p.m.
Sedgwick County firefighters are investigating the cause of a shed fire near 151st and Pawnee in west Wichita.
When crews arrived on scene, they found a 100 ft x 30 ft wide shed engulfed in flames.
The shed held various farm equipment inside along with trucks, tires, and three tanks of fuel.
Fire crews worked quickly to get the fire knocked down but had take several breaks because of the heat.
No injuries were reported as of Saturday afternoon.
Investigators say it will be hard to determine the cause of the fire due to extensive burning on the building.
According to Sedgwick County dispatch, about 15 crews are battling a building fire near 151st and Pawnee in west Wichita.
Westar is also on scene because power lines are down in the area. According to the energy outage map, there are no reported outages in the area.
Dispatch says there are no injuries associated with the fire at this time.
Crews were dispatched to the fire around 12:20 p.m, Saturday. Large, black smoke clouds could be seen coming from the building.
