Missing Butler County man found safe

BUTLER COUNTY, Kan. (KWCH) Thursday- February 7, 2019

The Butler County Sheriff's Office says 71-year-old Robert M. Johnson has been found safe.

Johnson was reported missing Wednesday morning from rural Butler County.

The sheriff's office says he is back with his family.

The Butler County Sheriffs Office is asking for the public's help to locate a missing man.

They say 71-year-old Robert M. Johnson left his home in rural Butler County around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday and has not returned.

Robert was en route to his sons home in Wichita.

Robert is driving a 2008 White Nissan Frontier with Kansas plates 515 LNV.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
