No one injured in fire, reported explosions at El Dorado refinery

No one was injured following a fire and report of two explosions at a refinery in El Dorado.
Butler County dispatch says it received reports of two explosions Wednesday morning at the Holly Frontier refinery in El Dorado Wednesday morning.
HollyFrontier El Dorado Refining says a fire started in the pipe rack around 8 a.m. Dispatch says multiple people reported seeing black smoke which was caused by the sulfur inside the rack.
The Emergency Response Team immediately responded and contained the fire.
As a precaution, employees, contractors. and non-essential personnel were evacuated.
HollyFrontier El Dorado Refining LLC released the following statement Wednesday morning:
HollyFrontier El Dorado Refining LLC experienced a fire in a pipe rack on March 6, 2019 at approximately 8 a.m. CST. Our Emergency Response Team immediately responded and safely contained the fire. Our employees and contractors are accounted for and safe. As a precaution, we also evacuated all non-essential personnel. We will continue to monitor the surrounding area and do not expect the community to be affected.
