Family raffling classic car to raise money for teen injured in crash near Clearwater

The family of a teenager critically injured in a March 6 crash near Clearwater organize a benefit to raise money toward his recovery.

Caleb Tobias remains hospitalized after he and eight others were injured in the crash at 135th St. West and 71st St. South. His family is raffling off a 1984 Corvette to help pay for medical expenses. They say Caleb is gradually improving in the hospital, last week, speaking his first words since the crash.

You can purchase tickets for the raffle at the Emprise Bank in Clearwater, Home Bank locations in Clearwater and at Central and Maize Road in Wichita and at all three Skwyard Credit Union locations in Wichita: 5800 E. Pawnee, 4 Cessna Blvd. and 275 S. Greenwich Road.
