First responders and Sedgwick County law enforcement bought 660 boxes of Girl Scout cookies from the daughter of Deputy Robert Kunze on Friday.

Kunze was killed in the line-of-duty in September.

Deputies say Kunze's daughter stopped by the sheriff's office the past few years to sell the treats. Friday was her first sales trip back since losing her dad.

"We just kinda wanted to help her in any way we can, she's a special girl."

If you didn't want to do the math, 660 boxes equals a little more then $2,600 worth of cookies.

Girl Scout cookies are normally available from January through April. Find cookies near you
