Getting back to sunshine Wednesday

Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says that a shift in winds and some sunshine will result in a much milder day across the Plains.

Clouds moving out with light winds into the night. Wind chills won't be that much different than the air temperatures. Lows will fall into the teens and 20s. Look for some high clouds Wednesday afternoon and highs that will be back in the 40s and low 50s.

Another cold front arrives on Thursday, dropping temperatures for the second half of the week. Highs on Thursday will mainly be in the 20s and 30s. Friday will have some sunshine, but it stays rather cold. Saturdays chance for snow is still in the forecast, but it continues to look like most of it will slide through Oklahoma.
