Chief Meteorologist Ross Janssen says that a break from heat and humidity will be with us for the upcoming week. Temperatures will be running about 10 degrees cooler than normal for several days to come.
Evening rain and storm chances will fade by Monday morning with northeast winds ushering in cooler temperatures. Lows will be in the 50s and 60s with highs only reaching the low 80s. Sunshine is expected for Monday afternoon. Winds will remain gusty for a big part of the afternoon.
Tuesday and Wednesday look mainly sunny with highs in the 80s and low temperatures in the 50s and 60s. Should be a great week for late July.
