Harvard study suggests you should only eat 6 fries per serving

When you order french fries how many do you eat?

A Harvard University nutrition expert suggests you should only eat six.

Eric Rimm released the details from his study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

His study noted those who ate fried potatoes two to three times a week were at a higher risk of mortality than those who ate potatoes cooked other ways.

Rimm called fries a "starch bomb" and said there is really no healthy amount of consumption. He suggests meals instead come with a side salad.
