HARVEY COUNTY, Kan. (KWCH) 8:34 p.m.

As water levels gradually begin to recede and cleanup efforts begin from this week's flooding, crews are able to provide some more relief for drivers.

Friday afternoon, Harvey County says Highway 50 is back open throughout the county. However, only one lane is open between Spring Lake Road and Halstead Road, the county says.

Drivers need to be cautious as they will likely still have delays in that area.

Harvey County is one of 15 counties impacted by flooding included in Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly's disaster declaration.
