Missing Horton girl found safe

Missing 11-year-old Gianna Hazelton has been located and is safe, authorities confirm.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation issued an endangered person advisory Sunday morning in connection with her disappearance.

The agency is expected to release more information soon.
The Horton Police Department is searching for an 11-year-old girl, who the KBI says may be in danger.

Gianna Hazelton, 11, was last seen on Saturday between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. at 1640 Euclid Ave in Horton. She is approximately 4'6" with black hair and brown eyes.

Horton Police have requested the KBI issue an endangered person advisory for Hazelton. She is believed to be with a non-custodial parent, Casey Hazelton.

Horton Police ask anyone who has information about their whereabouts or information on the case to call 911 or Horton PD at 785-486-2694.
