12-year-old Zoe loves Katy Perry and, as a surprise, her stepmom and dad bought her tickets to the concert Saturday in Kansas City.

The musician was several songs in and Zoe was enjoying the concert with her family when Katy Perry called Zoe up on stage.

"I was just freaking out, I was actually up there next to Katy Perry," said Zoe.

She says that was her chance to share a message while standing next to her idol.

While on stage, Perry asks Zoe what she wants to be when she grows up and then told her to make a wish. That's when Zoe told the singer she wishes people would stop bullying her older sister, who has autism.

The two hugged on stage. Then Perry asked the crowd to start chanting " no more bullying."

Zoe hopes the world will hear her message. She says her sister has been through a lot and knows her sister loves the singer, too.

"I just wanted to make her happy and give her my wish. I could have wished for anything. I could have wished to do anything."
