Kansas trooper delivers holiday package

BONNER SPRINGS, Kan. (KWCH) In a world of doorbell cameras catching the misdeeds of thieves, they're also catching a little goodness.

Heather Lynn Brown of Bonner Springs said on December 16, Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper rang her doorbell.

She said at first she was worried, but when she answered the door, she discovered that he had an Amazon package in his hand.

The trooper told Brown that he found the package in the middle of the highway. He said he looked at the address and seeing that he was in the area decided to deliver it.

"Thanks so much to this AMAZING Highway Patrol Officer that brought us our Amazon package that contained a Christmas Gift for my daughter from her Dad," said in a Facebook post.
