Lawrence Police: Woman and 3-year-old son found safe

LAWRENCE, Kan. (KWCH) Update, 9 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2019

The Lawrence Police Department says 22-year-old Felicia Miner and her 3-year-old son, Dominic Miner, have been found safe.

"We would like thank the community for their assistance in helping us locate them," the department says in a Facebook post.


Lawrence police are asking for the public's locate to 22-year-old Felicia Miner and her 3-year-old son, Dominic Miner.

Police say the two were last seen on Haskell University campus Thursday evening. They may be with a named Trevon Hale.

Felicia is a Native American woman. She's 5’5” and weighs 170 lbs. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Dominic is also Native American with black hair and brown eyes.

Felicia owns a white 2011 Chevrolet Cruze sedan bearing Kansas license plate 859 JYV. She and her son may be with a man named Trevon Hale.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Felicia Miner or, her son, Dominic, or who has seen the vehicle in this description or knows the whereabouts of Trevon Hale, is asked to immediately call 911, or dispatch at 785-832-7509.
