WICHITA, Kan. A man who once had a rising career as a model made an appearance in Sedgwick County District Court Monday.
That man, Trace Riff made news in late December after being arrested at the Dillons store near Douglas and Hillside, accused of kicking a toddler in the back during a racist rant.
Riff was later released from jail, but was arrested a second time for possession of meth. Monday, he was formally charged with drug possession, as well as unlawfully going inside a vacant apartment.
Riff used to be a model, posing for some big-name companies. But, his brother tells us, the once promising career led Riff down a dangerous path of drug addiction and mental-health issues.
