Man stripped of clothes, shot behind church in S. Wichita

Police are looking for suspects in connection with a shooting in south Wichita Monday evening. It happened about 6 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Lulu.

Police say a man in his 30s suffered a non-life-threatening injury with a gunshot wound to the leg. That man was near Harry and Washington where unknown suspects pulled him into a car and took his clothes, police say.

They say the man was shot behind a church in the 1200 block of South Lulu. Police are working to gather further information from the man identified as the victim in this case.

A suspect vehicle is described as a dark blue SUV with dark rims and tinted windows.
