EMPORIA, Kan. (KWCH) Emporia State University is bringing more napping opportunities to campus.

The university says it is only the second university in the United States to use the HOHM Inc. sleep pods which, "unlike other pods, are more like a small bedroom than an actual pod."

The 43.5 square-foot HOHM pods block out sound and provide privacy for a quick escape.

They also feature a twin-sized bed, a privacy and sound-blocking curtain, charging stations and a tablet to control reservations.

HOHM will staff all installations, help people check-in and check-out, ensure single occupancy, and clean rooms and change sheets after each use.
